About the Position: As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online and HMI user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing using industry best practices and the latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets as well as user flows through interaction points .
Candidates applying for this role should have experience with:
• Planning and implementing new designs
• Optimizing existing user interface designs
• Testing for user experience
• The ability to combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Testing new ideas prior to implementation
• Working directly with Product and Engineering teams to develop the best design for the end user
• Develop technical and business requirements and always striving to deliver intuitive and user centered solutions
About You:
The successful candidate(s) must be willing to learn, open-minded and flexible, organized and detail oriented, team oriented, disciplined, and must have a positive attitude, along with the following qualifications:
• University education in a relevant field
• UI design Portfolio
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience with HMI design and Figma or other software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer centred and detail oriented work mentality
• Critical thinker
• Proven problem-solving abilities
