Job Responsibilities
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team and leads all aspects of completion of tasks
• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

Job Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list):
• Providing OUTSTANING customer service to all customers
• Follow up on sales leads via phone call, text, email, etc.
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure that sales goals are met
• Negotiate prices with customers
• Have complete knowledge of all of our products, and be able to present the product to the customer in a comprehensive manner
• Accompany customers on test drives
• Be an active participant in reaching personal and team sales goals
• Demonstrate vehicle aspects, functions, and features to customers in an enticing manner
Skills:
• EXCELLENT customer service skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Experience with CRM is a plus
• Basic knowledge of financing and basic math skills
• Computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Attention to detail
• Previous sales experience – automotive is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic
• Professional work appearance and attitude
• Positive and outgoing personality and attitude
• Spanish speaking is a plus, to help accommodate our
