Responsibilities
• Create Client invoices following company practices; submit invoices to Clients.
• Maintain and update Client and Vendor files including Name, Address, Tax and Payment information.
• Collect payments from clients and record payments to the General Ledger.
• Research and audit client discrepancies and past due amounts.
• Assist the Finance Manager in reconciling Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounts as needed.
• Relay changes of information to appropriate employees to ensure Client and Vendor records are always updated.
• Record Vendor Invoices to the General Ledger including the appropriate Department and cost center. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to budget amounts.

Responsibilities
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of inbound and outbound commercial contracts consistent with the company’s contracting standards including, but not limited to: master services agreements, software as a service agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, statements of work, order forms, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate and interface with company executives, internal stakeholders and in-house counsel to ensure all contracts follow company policies and procedures.

• Assist in organizing and advancing legal team projects and initiatives.

• Staying up to date with information about the evolution of our products, company, and playbook requirements for legal reviews.
• Reviewing and negotiating a variety of inbound and outbound commercial agreements

• Experience with connecting iOS apps to backend services via RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with RxSwift, and networking libraries such as Moya and Alamofire
• Familiarity with dependency management using CocoaPods and/or SwiftPM
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment, and tools such as Travis, CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.
