Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer orientated Operations Site Manager (Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL) to join our team supporting NSWC Corona Range Systems Department to manage the Naval Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract. This position will work onsite at a government facility at NAS Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reports directly to the East Coast Program Manager; will be a manager of managers.
• Manages a team of ManTech and sub-contractor support personnel supporting the NITE contract in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Supports operations at NAS Jacksonville and ATG Mayport.
• Coordinates with East Coast Program Manager, NITE Management Staff, Maintenance Manager, and RS Range Managers for Team daily/weekly and long-range work assignments and support requirements.
• Manages the activities of training sites.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures.
• Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• May coordinate communication between different functions.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Enforces work standards, assigns contractor schedules, reviews work discrepancies, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Supports a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
• Supports the Task Order Program Manager in providing overall excellent contract performance to the client as outlined by CPAR.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 7 years of DoD training Range Experience
• 3 years of professional experience in managerial experience on DoD efforts
• Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of DoD training range requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related field
• Familiarity with the United States Navy
• Familiarity with synthetic training environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)

Clearance Requirements:
• Active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
• Little travel anticipated.
• Work will require movement between government sites in Hampton Roads area for client meetings and support functions.
• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which will involve delivering presentations.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• IAM Level II personnel are responsible for the implementation of the information assurance program in accordance with DoDD 5205.07, Special Access Program (SAP) Policy, DoDM 5205.07 SAP Security Manual(s), and the JSIG. Ensure that Cybersecurity related Information Systems are functional and secure within the network environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures reflecting the legislative intent of applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain plans, instructions, guidance, and standard operating procedures concerning the security of network system(s) operations.
• Develop security requirements for hardware, software, and services acquisitions specific to multiple operating security programs.
• Ensure that IA and IA enabled software, hardware, and firmware complies with appropriate NE security configuration guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Provide Cybersecurity training to personnel assigned within the operating environment as part of the annual requirement.
• Review system audit logs, auditing configuration, and retain in accordance with JSIG auditing requirements.
• Generate and maintain authorization package in conjunction with continuous monitoring as required for the RMF A&A process.

Minimum Qualifications
• A minimum of five (5) years experiences as an ISSO
• Must be knowledgeable of the Department of Defense (DoD) information system security compliance and implementation guidance. Specifically, NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
• Must have experience auditing/working in a RHEL environment.
• Must have experience with previous implementation of JSIG in an SAP environment.
• Must have extensive experience creating policy/procedure documentation in support of RMF packages.
• Must be a problem solver with out-of-the-box critical thinking skills.
• Must be Able to execute in a fast paced, challenging environment.
• Must be an engaging team member with experience thriving in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of Splunk experience in tandem
• 1-2 years of RHEL environment experience in tandem
• DoD 8140/8570 certification for IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC or CCISO) or ability to obtain it within 6 months of the start.

Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years.

Physical Requirements

Description:
The Electronics Technician Maintenance III applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Examples of such problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating malfunctions, and incorporating engineering changes. Work typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer controlled equipment.
