The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Product Management - Xpand/Distributed Database, to define and drive product vision and strategy. The selected product leader will drive innovation and work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams across the company to create a distributed database product offering and drive the success of your product. You will actively contribute to the overall company strategy, and you’ll work closely with the Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Sales to ensure the success of our cloud observability product offering.
What you’ll do:
• Be the product leader that sets and clearly articulates the vision around distributed database technology including developer and security outcomes
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for our distributed database offerings
• Drive execution of the vision both by direct as well as indirect impact and influence
• Commitment to process improvement and the ability to think “out of the box”
• Prioritize and document requirements, epics, and user stories for new releases of our Xpand offerings that describe Xpand product capabilities, best practices, and usage scenarios
• Guide major enhancements of our offerings by working cross-functionally with core teams across our Engineering organization and the upstream open-source community
• Plan and deliver product content for new releases and launches of our offerings, prioritize and communicate product requirements to guide development, support the field team in advanced sales opportunities, perform competitive reviews and analyses, and work with partners
• Support sales and marketing activities, including creating presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral for our offerings
• Engage cross-functionally, with engineering, sales, and marketing and build relationships across the organization to contribute in a demanding environment
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 3-5 employees
What you’ll need:
• 10+ years of overall product management and/or engineering experience
• 7+ years experience in the enterprise software, SaaS industry, in a product management or product deployment role with experience in a distributed database and cloud-native environment
• Knowledge of the database market and its major participants
• Technical knowledge and understanding of databases
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with the cloud, understanding of cloud technologies
• Familiarity with distributed technology is a HUGE plus
• Experience conducting competitive analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the competition
• Product road map development expertise
• Experience developing, maintaining, and collaborating with product development on the implementation of product roadmap consistent with product strategy and vision
• Experience communicating product strategy to current and potential customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with Sales to assist with the identification of sales qualifications to identify the best Xpand opportunities and with the development of sales enablement materials targeting the pitch to best opportunities
• Experience being front-facing and communicating directly with clients

Compensation:
The annual anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is USD $166,000.00 - $299,000.00
Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.
In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than the job description as posted. The Opportunity
The Manager, Accounting Operations will lead our Corporate Accounting including the active management of the month-end close for the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as well as payroll and stock-based compensation. This role will be 75% operational and 25% SEC responsibilities and will be critical to collaborating with finance team members worldwide to achieve corporate objectives and contribute to the professional development of finance team members.
What you’ll do:
• Accountable for corporate accounting, financial reporting, Netsuite management, and serving as a liaison to department managers in connection with achieving corporate objectives.
• Support SEC and tax compliance objectives- 25% of your time will be focused on this area
• Responsible for leading system and process improvement across the organization, especially in the areas of Payroll and Accounts payable
• Oversee the company’s cash/treasury management, general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets, accrued expenses, and equity as well as provide hands-on management and oversight of all corporate accounting transactions
• Support all activities under the procure-to-pay cycle and serve as the primary contact for all accounts payable matters on the accounting team
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the finance organization through the management and execution of best practices in all internal processes and systems
• Develop unified desktop procedures across the organization to enable better training across the organization
• Drive the implementation and enhancement of tools and technology in partnership with our systems team
• Provide critical input to senior finance team members regarding the operational performance of the finance team, including recommendations for action and collaboratively developing operating policies and procedures to enable the attainment of corporate and business objectives
• Develop and report key operational metrics
• Support all M&A finance operations integrations
• Lead the efforts for international expansions for finance
• Leading, motivating, developing, and retaining a high-quality team

What you’ll need
• Certified Public Accountant status is ideal but not required depending on appropriate/relevant industry experience. Candidate should be able to manage individual and team responsibilities effectively in a challenging work environment and use good judgment where guidance is not readily available
• 10+ years of progressive growth in financial management roles in high-growth companies, Software/SaaS industry experience is preferred
• 3+ years in a finance operations role, leading various finance operations functions
• SEC and tax compliance experience
• Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching people
• Strong control mindset ability to identify risks to financial reporting and the company
• Drive for process improvement or process re-engineering concepts
• Desire to learn and explore new processes or systems to streamline workflow and communication

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director, Investor Relations to broaden and enhance shareholder value and the organization's financial image through a superlative investor and shareholder communications program.
This role will be hands-on to support and partner with our executive team in developing the overall investor relations strategy and will be responsible for its execution.
