Essential Functions of the Job
Performs necessary cleanup and sanitation procedures for the food preparation and storage facilities.
Washes all products including cooking utensils, china, kitchen equipment, flatware and glassware in the dishwashing machine or by hand.
Collects trash from kitchen areas, empties garbage barrels, washes and re-lines garbage barrels with new bags. Checks for and retrieves silverware, dishes and glassware from garbage receptacles.
Distributes food and beverage products and supplies throughout the kitchen.
Ensures that assigned work areas and all equipment meet and exceed state and federal standards of sanitation.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and properly indicates hazardous areas due to damp or slippery floor surfaces.
Stores all dishes and other products in proper areas.
Cleans dishwashing machines after each meal period and/or in accordance with established guidelines.
Adheres to state and federal health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
Receives and stores food and beverage supplies and related materials in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Ensures that all safety, accident, sanitation and emergency policies are in place and consistently observed. Reports any violations to leadership.
Assists with the cleaning and polishing of silverware and silver service as necessary.
Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Reporting to the Director of Masters Tournament, the Manager of Ticketing is responsible for creating and driving the Masters Tournament ticketing strategies, operations and technologies while ensuring a world class ticketing experience is delivered for patrons. Essential Functions of the Job Analyze work processes with an eye on efficiency, quality and data-driven decision making. Work with the HR team and area leaders to evaluate future Workday enhancements and modules, recommend usage, and support the implementation of future Workday modules. Drive the planning and execution of Workday projects, business requirements, business processes and workflows, system configuration and changes, and security enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Identify opportunities within existing processes and implement effective solutions. In collaboration with the Data Operations and the Analytics teams, develop advanced dashboards and reports that support data driven decision making. In partnership with Data Operations, establish processes to maintain data integrity for critical fields feeding into other systems. Maintain inbound and outbound integrations with internal systems and multiple vendors. Drive system testing prior to implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure a stable and well-functioning application. Serve as a liaison between HR and other areas that use Workday as the system of record. Respond to internal and external audit requests as needed. Apply change management principles to facilitate the adoption of new or improved processes and/or capabilities. Maintain knowledge of current industry thinking and trends, and regularly communicate thought leadership in this area as necessary. Provide technical guidance and coaching to more junior resources on the team as needed. Performs other duties, which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job. Qualifications: Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Excellent technical aptitude and organizational skills. Leadership in managing and executing test plans; with demonstrated ability to plan, prepare, and execute testing activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT). Cross-functional knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting, training and talent. Ability to think critically, prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and accomplish detailed work with accuracy. Ability to apply new concepts and initiate change. Strong knowledge of Workday module integration and downstream, cross-functional impacts. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Relative Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, to include 3+ years of experience with Workday. Proficient in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting tools.
