The Senior Events Manager will provide support to the Director of Corporate Events at Match Group, and will play a key role in defining our corporate events portfolio and employee experience globally. Work with the Director of Corporate Events to develop and own our internal events roadmap that aligns with business goals for each brand to drive execution and communication cross-functionally Support in planning and executing executive events and employee experiences globally both live and virtual Assist with pre and post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations to assess opportunities... for improvement, and optimize future events Develop and maintain working relationships with vendors and venues Oversee data and list management related to invite lists, guest lists, travel logistics, vendors and room blocks Work with internal teams to develop event-related collateral Manage and maintain quarterly budgets and track financial spending around events by working with internal stakeholders on annual planning, forecasting, financial reporting, invoicing, with DEI leads to build philanthropic initiatives related to social good, inclusion and giving back to communities of interest Identify opportunities to support inclusion and communities of interest Assist in managing Match Group employee swag program and internal shop with creative leads and brand admins What we're looking for:

years of experience managing virtual events, physical events, and large-scale brand-defining global live experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates t Strong computer literacy with proficiency in working with Google spreadsheets and database management systems Knowledge and experience with online event platforms and tools for digital, live-streamed, and in-person events Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with in-depth knowledge in managing internal and external production teams Ability to create good relationships with event participants and stakeholders Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging Validated leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively, creatively, and cross-functionally Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Innovative and strategic thinker Ability to travel and work flexible hours Able to work independently with minimal direction
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

How you’ll make an impact:
• You will ensure the company’s mission, core values, and business goals are represented in internal-facing communications deliverables.
• You will develop, operationalize, and evolve multiple internal communication vehicles, including but not limited to: intranet websites, newsletters, emerging tools, presentations, talking points, digital content, letters, brochures, training materials, speeches, employee webinars/forums/town halls, and video scripts.
• You will create innovative and comprehensive communications strategies. You will own tactical delivery of communication deliverables for internal and related audience groups.
• You will collaborate with the business and craft messaging, including scripts, presentations, video, speaking points, memos, and social content in their voice and/or the voice of the brand.
• You will provide positive, proactive, and trusted communications counsel to stakeholders at all levels.
• You will liaise with partner teams across the organization to design and enhance a variety of communications work products for distribution across internal channels. You will partner with the portfolio of companies to ensure timely and successful translation of messages to the brand teams, as well as manage shared channels (ex: intranet, email distribution).
• You will support employee engagement events as required, including town halls, partnerships, and other major company moments.
• You will effectively manage work to ensure timely and accurate portrayal of messages and materials. You may oversee resources, including temps, contractors, vendors, agencies, or other as assigned, to deliver outstanding results.

We could be a match if:
• You have 5+ years of professional experience in communications with 3+ years specifically focused on internal communications campaigns and channel management.
• You have a deep understanding of communications technologies in addition to the ability to develop communications content and campaigns. You are highly proficient in CMS, Google apps, Slack, and emerging communications technologies.
• You are a strategic leader with the ability to lead by influence across the organization.
• You have experience working under pressure with deadlines and working on complex, sensitive, and confidential issues.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $127,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
