We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent English communication skills who can manage inbound support and sales tickets and make sure defects in the product are resolved. This may involve having calls with a customer to ensure the bug is understood and well documented for our developers. Your responsibilities will include... • escalating, assigning, answering, and resolving all sales / support tickets in a timely manner • We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent English communication skills who can manage inbound support and sales tickets and make sure defects in the product are resolved. This may involve having calls with a customer to ensure the bug is understood and well documented for our developers.

Your responsibilities will include...
• escalating, assigning, answering, and resolving all sales / support tickets in a timely manner
• ensuring product documentation for customer is up-to-date, accurate, and answers common customer questions
• writing new product documentation when necessary
• writing bug reports for our app developers
• ensuring customer success team members are answering customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
• training new customer success hires
• drafting quotes and contracts for sales leads
• sending outbound sales campaigns

Skills required for the role:
• experience using Zendesk
• excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• some management experience is a bonus!
• some sales and/or customer success experience (bonus if this was at a software company)
• passionate, organized, and service oriented
