• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors
• Removing refuse
• Polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or restrooms

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of experience performing janitorial services
• Experience Operating Power Equipment

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry 20 – 50 pounds
