Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with the Client Services team to respond to paid media briefs

Overview
The Social Media Strategist creates the strategic direction of the social channel within company campaigns by overseeing the execution of the strategy by the Social Media Specialist and Coordinator roles. • Collaborate with team to enhance organic social content through boosting.
• Assist in 2x yearly media planning process including building media plans and presentations and making changes based on feedback.
• Assist in monthly reporting and providing insights for improvement to individual markets for paid search and social and organic social.
• Set up and pull GA reports as necessary.
• Ability to understand and follow the strategic direction of the Home Office marketing team and how it flows down to the market level using the most effective channels and tactics for each priority.
• Understand the role of digital media in the overall marketing mix and how it plays with other awareness channels.
• Assist in developing the appropriate digital media strategy and plan based on media brief capitalizing on best industry standard practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of digital media experience.
• Google Adwords certified; Meta certified.
• Experience in Google Ads manager and Meta platforms.
• Experience in other forms of digital media such as digital audio, display, video.
• Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search/social plays a pivotal role in the marketing efforts across all channels and platforms.
• Experience planning, implementing, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas and levels of the company.
• Self-motivated - Outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high-performance standard but maintains a sense of proportion and humor.
• Identifies as a strong, timely communicator.
Preferred:
• Paid Search Buying experience for Hospital / Healthcare systems or Healthcare brands.
• Worked for multinational media buying firms or have been part of an in-house digital model.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with platforms such as Sprinklr and Skai (Kenshoo).
• Agency background or experience working in an in-house digital media agency model.
