Evnt Programmers will be directly responsible for all aspects of content creation for a hand-select number of MediaPost conferences, including conceptualizing themes and agenda and also recruiting/programming Keynotes, Moderators and Panelists. You will have phone/email/in-person interaction with brand marketers and their agencies. Travel will be required. Responsibilities... · Program the content sessions- including recruiting top marketers and Evnt Programmers will be directly responsible for all aspects of content creation for a hand-select number of MediaPost conferences, including conceptualizing themes and agenda and also recruiting/programming Keynotes, Moderators and Panelists. You will have phone/email/in-person interaction with brand marketers and their agencies. Travel will be required.

Responsibilities...

· Program the content sessions- including recruiting top marketers and agencies to come to our Insider Summits and speak

· Conduct pre-conference prep calls with all on-stage talent for the events/sessions you are program

· Deepen relationships with Communications Departments at advertising agencies and brands

· Cold contact to brands and agencies who have not been speakers at our conferences

· Maintain an updated contact list for all brands/agencies that you’re in contact with

· Regularly think of new brand extensions for our conference series

· Potentially work on podcasts or interviews on our publishing platform

· Moderate panels at other events that you are not programming

· Travel to MediaPost events in Park City, Lake Tahoe, Austin, Charleston, San Diego, Santa Barbara, etc

Qualifications

· A strong curiosity and interest in all marketing and media-related topics

· Strong verbal and communicative skills

· Enthusiastic/outgoing personality and willingness to work and learn in a fun and energetic environment

· Self-motivated professional who is ready to be entrusted with responsibilities immediately in a less rules-oriented work culture
