• Resolve image discrepancies in database and troubleshoot retrieval/population issues
• Prepare image fill-rate reporting and act upon results
• Retrieve and supply images for Catalogs and CPP dept when imagenames are supplied
• Review Supplied Images process, including No QA list by Mfr
• Prepare and manage Custom imagery contracts, update joblog and CPP Runsheet
• Work at least one day weekly in StudioBox 1, preparing 90 images
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 1-3 years; or related experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required; database software, digital asset
• management systems and/or Photoshop preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strict attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines
• Effective multi-tasker who works well with minimal supervision with a proven ability to
• meet productivity output metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player with outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal
• and time management skills
• Must be self-directed, comfortable seeking and taking direction, and function effectivelyas part of a larger, multi-disciplinary team

Position Overview

WebMD Health Editors manage the development and quality control of digital health and medical content for consumer audiences. The Health Editor works with writers, content strategists, medical review, and other digital publishing stakeholders by managing deadlines and exercising critical editorial judgment to ensure we deliver clear, accurate, and actionable information to our users. Candidates should be creative, independent editors with strong communication and critical thinking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment, and the ability to work effectively with teams in a virtual work environment.

• Matching assignments to freelance and staff writers

Qualifications
