Job Description
• Deliver and pick up valuables at customer locations, banks and cash vaults
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting the crew and premises while also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
• Operate armored trucks in a safe manner, abiding by all state and local driving regulations

Route Dispatch Coordinators will interact daily with Driving Staff, Customers and Teammates within our entire organization. The job is fast-paced and requires a person that enjoys problem solving and detailed thinking.

Our organization serves the medical, financial and professional service firms throughout the Midwest. Although a knowledge of the messenger/courier business is sometimes helpful, those candidates with an enhanced sense of urgency developed in other industries is of equal value. Responsibilities are both operational and clerical.

To be successful in this position one will need:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Comfort with technology.

Teammates in the Route Dispatch Coordinator position have daily exposure to our operating systems, Microsoft Excel and Word and other time management industry software.

Shift Time: 1pm to 10pm, Monday – Friday
