Job Summary:
The successful Business Tech Support Technician will support business customers with their Internet, Video and Phone services. This position calls on knowledge of telecommunications and technology. This person will respond to technical support requests and perform initial problem identification and analysis of ONTs, Routers, network switches, and STB/DVRs. Business Tech Support Technicians will also be responsible for troubleshooting and assisting customers making changes to complex HPBX phone systems. They will also capture detailed problem analysis and resolution plans in the customer database.

• Determine the scope of customer issues in an effective and professional manner
• Effectively resolve customer issues timely
• Properly document all customer interactions
• Represent MetroNet professionally and ethically
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with focus on first call resolution

Job Summary:
The purpose of the Network Fiber Technician is to be responsible for the terminating, splicing, bonding/grounding, documenting, and testing of all fiber optic cables within the systems fiber optic networks and their related equipment with the end goal of providing maximum operating efficiency.
What you will be doing:
• Perform all setup, testing and maintenance required for Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) installation of Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), DSL and Networking services
• Install and maintain CPE Local Area Networks (LAN) and WiFi networks

The Senior Business Account Executive is an office-based position with travel to and around the assigned territory on a daily basis and is responsible for all the sales functions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Lead initiatives that fall within the Network Engineering team but require coordination with other organizations across the company.
• Project manage a variety of tasks and initiatives throughout the life cycle.
• Metric management and provided support/follow-up to make sure tasks stay on track for completion.
• Manage multiple deadlines.
• Communicate project status effectively and proactively to engineering support staff and other outside teams.
• Manage multiple tasks and present updates/readouts to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and time within processes.
• Process documentation – help to facilitate documenting processes and procedures within the Network Engineering organization.
• All other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-year bachelor’s degree desired but will consider all relevant experience and appropriate certifications in lieu of completed degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a multitask environment.
• Basic understanding of networking technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Atlassian Jira and Confluence desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, by email and phone.
• Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects and tasks.
• Ability to quickly problem solve and provide solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to evaluate and analyze information quickly.
• Ability to operate at both the tactical and strategic levels.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take action with minimal direction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision (highly self-sufficient).

Project Manager...
The Project Manager will be to provide revenue-based and operational support for a growing, carrier-class IP infrastructure deployed throughout a multi-state network. This position is responsible for leading a variety of programs and initiatives that fall within the Network Operations organization. This person will work with multiple teams and outside organizations to drive results and completion of initiatives.

• Represent Metronet professionally and ethically to both internal and external customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in a call center or technical environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Service Specific Troubleshooting Methods
