At Independence Hall we provide client-centered care and recovery-oriented treatment within a therapeutic environment for both veterans and non-veterans 18 years and older. The Clinical Manager of the Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision to CSS program staff, which includes the Counselors, Recovery Specialists, and Case Managers. This position is responsible for reviewing and participating in treatment planning and follow-up with client care services. The qualified candidate must have strong leadership and team building skills, management experience, substantial clinical experience in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
This individual would be based out of the 59 South Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 location. This is a full-time position with full benefits (health, dental, vision, 403B, paid time off, short/long term disability and life insurance, etc.)
Must be able to pass a CORI and background investigation. Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving a verbal offer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Works in collaboration with the Program Manager and Medical Director and provides clinical supervision and leadership of designated staff.
• Responsible for oversight and assisting CSS program staff with treatment planning, client assessments, and staff development of evidence-based practices and psychosocial approaches.
• Works with the Program Manager with developing a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive substance use treatment program at Independence Hall. Assists with developing the policies and procedures that will support the program and reflect the agency's philosophy and objectives.
• Works in collaboration with the Program Manager and Business Department to ensure all program standards are met to maintain licensure by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, compliance with BSAS Standards of Care, and CARF Behavioral Health accreditation, as well as the standards set by the VA.
• Works in Collaboration with Human Resources to coordinate training for staff as needed to support program needs, and provides education regarding psychotherapeutic techniques and evidence based treatment practices.
• Assists Program Manager with identifying mental health and substance use assessment tools and how they should be administered.
• Responsible for supervision of medical observation documentation and psychiatric services while clients are in the program.
• Assists with developing and launching a patient engagement initiative, including outreach to de-stigmatize the utilization of counseling services, and works to enhance the "Culture of Care" and understands how to treat clients with dignity and respect, and de-escalate upset clients.
• Increases education, screening, care coordination, risk reduction interventions, and counseling for patients with or at risk of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and other diseases associated with opioid use disorders.
• Provides required documentation and timely reports (including narratives and data reports) as needed.
• Along with the Program Manager, assists with facilitating staff meetings, and assists with staff recruitment efforts.
• Responsible for maintaining minimum clinical staffing 24/7 in order to assure client safety and adherence to state licensing requirements, including all critical staff on all shifts. Also, maintains a strict policy and practice of non-abandonment of client care, and acts as the final line of coverage in the event of unavailability of replacement staff.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

In This Role, You Will
• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization
• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions

Required Qualifications, US:
• 1+ year of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications, US:
• Military experience in any branch of service: Army, National Guard, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard or Reserves.
• Military experience in a customer facing role.
• Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting
• Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

A Day in the Life of a Service Technician III (Maintenance Technician III):
As a Liberty Military Housing Service Technician III, you will perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community and operate building systems and related equipment and tools to complete tasks to Liberty Military Housing’s quality standards. Your role may include “Lead” responsibilities which, on occasion includes supervising or training other maintenance staff members. Your role requires the ability to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing’s quality customer satisfaction standards.
Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Performs most maintenance installation repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of building systems and appliances or all repairs on specific systems, including, plumbing, HVAC, structural and electrical.
• Tests and/or troubleshoots a variety of items dependent on specific trade expertise (e.g., thermocouples, motors, boiler controls, fire alarms, plumbing valves, fixtures, water lines, alarms, locks, new and renovated construction) for the purpose of assessing item functioning and recommending repair or replacement.
• Applies proficient skills in all trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair, etc. to ensure quality maintained homes and community.
• Completes resident-requested repairs and services within the required time frame (24 hours).
• Completes all assigned maintenance work on vacant homes within LMH standards.
• Performs On-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Participates in routine inspections (including QC, move in, preventative maintenance, machinery, appliance, etc.).

Key responsibilities:
• Develop, review, update, modify, and approve electrical design plans and work schedules.
• Lead construction inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers
• Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects, and serve as a mentor to fewer experienced engineers in the division
• Support the Contract management, and Planning divisions with scope, programming, and scheduling definition
• Develops cost estimates and time schedules, Reviews, and analyzes preliminary and final designs, plans, and specifications for technical efficiency and adequacy
• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
• Prepares necessary correspondence, technical reports, contract documents, fact sheets, and status reports and prepares final construction drawings suitable for obtaining qualified bids from Contractors
• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
• Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD, coordination studies load analysis) to perform engineering tasks as assigned.
• Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding. Ensuring a safe, positive work environment.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience working on US Government and Military domestic and international projects preferred
• A licensed Professional Engineer is required
• Experience in power and UPS systems, power generation, 10 years in construction management/design
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; Analytical Thinking; Project Management; Planning and Organizational Skills; Attention to Details; Excellent Multi-tasking skills and motivational skills
• Strong understanding of construction technics and practice; Able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arises; Electrical Layout Design: Electrical Inspection; Cost estimate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; Engineering software to create project plans and circuit diagrams; Power, Control Switchgear, Lighting, Batteries, Fire Alarm; CAD/Revit
• Familiarity with military programming rules and documentation is desirable
• Must be willing to travel for occasional international assignments
• Must lawfully reside in the United States and be eligible for employment (Planate does not sponsor visas or work permits)
• Able to obtain a secret clearance
