Responsibilities
The below lays out responsibilities that we see as the highest priorities at this point in time. This list may expand as time passes and the business grows.
Email organization
We’ve had a goal for a while to manage email via inbox zero, but it hasn’t yet been achieved. The main reason for this goal is to be able to:
• Find information quickly
• Minimize noise and clutter
• Respond to all requests in a timely manner
• Organize email between various team members (e.g. move affiliate related emails out of the main inbox)
Answering email
We’re seeing an increase in email as create more email sequences and send out more emails. As we continue to increase our outbound emails, inbound emails will increase. Answering a bulk of these emails (questions, objections, comments), and creating resources to assist with email responses (aka templates) is another priority.
Weekly and daily agendas
At the start of each week, send a list of the founder's meetings for the week, as well as high level to dos. At the start of each day (could be done the evening before), send a summary of the meetings for the day and to dos for the day.
Miscellaneous
• Scheduling: scheduling appropriate meetings, protecting the founder's calendar by not filling it with meetings (he doesn’t love a lot of meetings), scheduling personal appointments
• Pulling reports and updating data
• Sending gifts on founder's behalf
• Plan both personal and business travel
• Pay business bills, pay invoices and run payroll
• Filling out questionnaires for podcast interviews
• Upload email campaign content into Convertkit
• Manage book giveaways
• Etc

The solution is a web platform and we are seeking a freelancer to work with the founding team on both UX Design and UI Design
We're building a platform which allows users to:
1. Plan their life by dragging different life events (like buying a car, taking a holiday, having kids, getting married etc) onto a timeline. Where they can see the impact on their Cashflow, Net Worth and Savings.
2. See relevant financial strategies (e.g. Consolidating superannuation to save on fees and help with retirement, or using the First Home Super Saver scheme to save 15k in tax when they purchase their first home).
3. Model the impact of those strategies on their plan. E.g. by dragging onto their timeline and seeing the impact on the bigger picture.
4. Track their progress towards their goals over time
