Job Brief

Mindtickle is looking for a SET-I with experience in influencing the product quality for an Enterprise SaaS platform/product. Working as part of the Engineering team, and with a goal to provide a world-class customer experience consistently, you would build a strong functional and architectural understanding of the product, and work closely within engineering teams to develop the test strategy. You would be responsible for the development and execution of test cases and QA processes that ensure quality throughout the release schedule. You will document test plans, test scenarios/test cases and test results.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented engineer who is passionate about quality, technology, solving interesting engineering problems, has the ability to identify anomalies in patterns and possesses a positive and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develops a strong functional and architectural/internal understanding of the product/system under test to derive the Test Plan.
• Reviews and analyzes system specifications and design documents to understand the system and narrow down likely failure cases.
• Coordinates with other related teams to validate end-to-end product quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Creates, prioritizes, develops, and maintains test cases for multiple features of the product.
• Creates Test Environment/Test bed representative of customers and end users.
• Executes functional and non-functional tests including automated scripts for Cloud and Mobile applications.
• Reports defects supported with all the required information in the “first go”. Triage and track reported defects to closure.
• Communicates test results to identify risks, dependencies and escalates the same in a timely manner.
• Applies analytical skills to identify and debug the root cause of issues.
• Guides the junior members of the team.

Requirements:
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year experience working on a cloud native SaaS platform/product.

Required Skills
• Investigative Skills: Curiosity, keen observation and an eye for detail; Logical, Analytical, Critical thinking skills; Problem solving skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Testing: Test-to-fail mindset, test case design, test planning, test prioritization and defect reporting.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in API testing (REST) with any open source tool (Postman).
• Databases: Relational and non-relational databases, SQL commands.
• Hands-on experience in Observability and Monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog, Sumologic) to identify the root cause of the issues across the application layers.
• Experience of working in Agile methodology. Comfortable with using collaboration and test Management tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, TestRail).
• Self-starter, good team player and highly motivated.

Good to Have:
• Understands the concepts and is hands-on with at least one of the below:
• Performance Testing of SaaS/Cloud products.
• Languages: Coding or Scripting knowledge in any one: Javascript / Java / Python / GoLang.
• Cloud Technologies: AWS cloud, knowledge and concepts;
• Automation tools [generic test automation frameworks: data-driven, key-word driven].
• Microservices, Messaging brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ / AWS SQS/SNS).
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes commands).
• Experience with gRPC, GQL, and GQL Playground.

Mindtickle is looking for a VP of UX Design to lead its UX design vision, strategy and the execution of innovative, modern and seamless user experiences across all its products. Mindtickle is a multi-product enterprise SaaS platform with a mission to solve the revenue team’s productivity problem holistically on a single platform. UX is absolutely essential and an important differentiation for the success of the mission. As a VP of UX Design, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the UX research, UX design, visual design, information architecture, design systems, and UX copywriting team. Responsibilities:

Position Overview

CSMs are the keepers of our client partnerships, ensuring that we deliver value to our customers every single day. They are the primary contact for accounts post-sale and are responsible for the overall success and renewal of assigned accounts.

CSMs have a deep understanding of sales tech space. They also have solid MindTickle product knowledge with a deep understanding of how the MindTickle platform can be deployed to support a variety of use cases. Minimum Qualifications
• 4 years of experience in Customer Success with a SaaS based company.
• Experience in managing multi-group or global accounts.
• Highly analytical and experience working with data-driven dashboards and reports.
• Experience forging relationships with senior-level stakeholders; understanding business goals, strategic plans, metrics, and challenges; collaborating on solutions.
• Track record of proactively identifying problems and resolving them before they escalate.
• Superior communicator with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with a rapidly changing product and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is the only constant.

Position Overview:
