Responsibilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office-MUST be able to use Outlook and Excel
• Review and approve invoices and make payment in accordance with company policy.
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Bank Reconciliation daily
• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
