About The Team
The Revenue Operations team at Mixpanel partners with Regional Business Leaders to help set and execute global and regional revenue strategies. We build and execute core operational processes, facilitate key decision-making, and support ongoing business operations management - whatever is needed to make our Sales teams successful!
About The Role
As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, you will own core business operations across Mixpanel with a particular focus on running the Business execution. You will work closely with global Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to quickly understand opportunities and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
• Primary advisor to Sales leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations
• Manage a team of RevOps professionals to develop and execute global strategies and provide first-class customer service to the Sales organization
• Support annual planning cycles, including setting goals, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial plan
• Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences, including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews
• Define/deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, discounting, .etc.)
• Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
• Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic and/or operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
• 5+ years of total work experience in Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or other related roles
• 3+ years of direct management experience in Sales Operations or related field
• 3+ years of operating experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment at a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup.
• Sales Planning & Strategy experience, including salesforce sizing, territory design, capacity modeling, and planning
• Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines on a global scale
• Track record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
• Highly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact
Bonus Points for
• Product Led Growth Experience is strongly desired.
• Management or Strategy Consulting background

Compensation
The total target cash compensation (TTCC) for this full-time position is $199,800 - $244,200 across the United States. This amount includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. We rebuilt our Live View from the ground up and rebranded to Events. Our goal was to improve users’ trust and make debugging their data and query results easier. With these goals in mind, we removed a number of limitations from Live View, improved key work flows, and tightened the UX. We also drastically simplified both the back-end and front-end architecture resulting in a more performant and maintainable product. The end result is a more powerful tool for our users and a simpler codebase for our developers.
We revamped our dashboards UI to improve the workflow for creating and saving analyses that also had the nice side effect of making our data model clearer. This required us to iterate and polish while learning more about how customers used and worked around our product in their day to day. We applied these learnings to smooth our workflows even more while continuing to set the stage for more series of improvements.
We redesigned our query builder to allow users to instantly see the results of their changes on one screen. This was required balancing competing requirements of visual space for the query builder and the ability to see two things at once, resulting in a more intuitive UX.
We made segmentation faster allowing users to customize what they can compare at the query time vs deciding everything they will ever need at the time they develop your product.

We are looking for a Tax Manager who will direct and manage multiple operations related to taxes while also participating in the preparation of recurring obligations. This role will manage specific tax-related functions in addition to compliance-related activities and to plan, manage and develop over all aspects of the company's tax process. • Maintain and prepare all general ledger accounts and oversee the preparation and recording of all required tax related filings, journal entries and reconciliations.

We are building a global “source-of-truth” database for the entire company and we strongly believe that data quality must be a foundational feature of all systems and is not something that can be “layered” in the warehouse, so, beyond just owning the ETL... pipelines and data in our warehouse, we partner very closely with different functions across the company and make sure their systems are architected with data quality in mind, help automate critical workflows, and surface timely & contextual information in their operational/analytics tool of choice (Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Mixpanel, etc).
We are in the very early stages of building out an “Analytics Engineering” organization within our company. The current team of engineers come with a wide range of experience having worked on almost all layers of Mixpanel’s tech stack, from our website UX all the way, to working on the internals of our distributed database engine, and everything in between. As much as we love solving complex distributed systems problems, we also love applying our engineering skills to solve problems that have a direct business impact ranging from:
• Enabling our marketing team to target our “Ideal customers” through ad campaigns
• Helping our support team improve their response SLAs to customers

The Analytics Engineering team's mission is to make the decision-making process at Mixpanel as data-informed as possible. We are building a global “source-of-truth” database for the entire company and we strongly believe that data quality must be a foundational feature of all systems and is not something that can be “layered” in the warehouse, so, beyond just owning the ETL... pipelines and data in our warehouse, we partner very closely with different functions across the company and make sure their systems are architected with data quality in mind, help automate critical workflows, and surface timely & contextual information in their operational/analytics tool of choice (Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Mixpanel, etc).
We are in the very early stages of building out an “Analytics Engineering” organization within our company. The current team of engineers come with a wide range of experience having worked on almost all layers of Mixpanel’s tech stack, from our website UX all the way, to working on the internals of our distributed database engine, and everything in between. As much as we love solving complex distributed systems problems, we also love applying our engineering skills to solve problems that have a direct business impact ranging from:
• Enabling our marketing team to target our “Ideal customers” through ad campaigns
• Helping our support team improve their response SLAs to customers
• Alerting our sales & success teams to customers who hit product milestones
• Helping our product team build Mixpanel for the Modern Data Stack
