Job Description:
The Grounds Crew position will assist the Club’s Groundskeepers by maintaining playing surfaces at the Training Facility in Blaine, MN. This position will have the opportunity to work MNUFC home games at Allianz Field. This is a part-time position based at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN, reporting to the Assistant Groundskeeper.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in general field maintenance, including but not limited to:
• Mowing, painting, string trimming, cultural practices, grow lights, etc.
• Shoveling snow, tarp rolling, physical labor to clear the playing surface
• Assist with pre and post event field preparations
• Safely operate groundskeeping tools and machinery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Previous grounds/turf maintenance related experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable spending extended periods of time outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays as necessary
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Description
Minnesota United FC is looking for a Manager of Facility Maintenance. This role will provide a mechanical aptitude to ensure safe and efficient building maintenance practices are being followed at Allianz Field. This position will support all maintenance activities before, during, and after stadium events, responding to breakdowns and repairs to equipment, along with daily responsibilities related to oversight of building systems and collaborating with other departments.

This is a full-time position based at Allianz Field in St. Paul, MN, reporting to the Director, Facility Operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on split systems, fan coil units, energy recovery ventilators, variable air volumes, roof top units, exhaust fans, etc.
• Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance and repair program to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their expected useful life.
• Prioritizing in-bound services requests within the centralized CMMS system and identifying capabilities of in-house resources and the need for third-party contractors.
• Complete work order requests from CMMS system in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshooting and repair issues such as power loss and faulty circuits, LED driver replacements, leaks and unpleasant odors, toilets, urinals, sinks, flush controls, broken seats and other furniture, etc.
• Assures Company complies with building codes, city, state and federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards and regulations.
• Monitor building automation systems to ensure proper set point ranges, settings, and comfort levels are met for all guests, staff, and players.
• Assist with part-time staff during event days as needed for facility operations.
• Maintaining proper documentation related to completing tasks, progress of work orders, inventory of supplies and equipment, and expenses related to work on building infrastructure and equipment.
• Use of hand & power tools to troubleshoot, repair, install, operate, and perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform physically demanding labor that may include standing and maneuvering for long periods of time.
• Proactively seek to exceed pristine standards across facilities through punch list needs such as patch, paint, lighting replacements, repairs to doors, windows, drywall, etc.
• Assist with managing projects and contractors for work related to major building systems.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation related to MEP equipment, fire safety, and other building systems.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience within a facility maintenance setting preferred, including an in-depth knowledge of mechanical & electrical components and systems along with procedures related to installation, start-up, and repair of equipment in a commercial facility.
• Minnesota First-Class engineer, Grade C license is required. Minnesota Chief Engineer, Grade C is preferred.
• Comprehension of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to accomplish goals under strict timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to independently seek proactive solutions to problems and situations before and/or after they arise.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
• Previous building automation experience is preferred (Desigo CC).
• Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC, CMRP etc.).
• Ability to lift and/or carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Fundamental knowledge of ADA and OSHA regulations; uniform building codes; standard practices, materials and processes of the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting trades; hazard communication laws.
