Who we need

We are actively seeking a Junior Product Manager support to join our Product Team! This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Product Manager in ensuring our user experience is top-tier. It is important for this individual to be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Assists the Product Manager in the product development roadmap; elevating features that have been identified as most valuable to ModeSens users.
• Aids in QA of new features across web and mobile apps, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of product requirements
• Supports the Product Manager in analysis of AB tests via Google Analytics and SQL
• Supports the Product Manager in ensuring GitLab issues are assigned to the appropriate stakeholder & closed in a timely manner
• Serve as the right hand to the Product Manager and pursues projects and ad-hoc tasks as necessary
• Assists project management; specifically agile project management.
• Assists in creating great customer experiences. Conduct research on user needs and suggest new ways to improve user experience

Qualifications
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience; recent college graduates are welcome to apply
• Agile Project Management skills
• Solid analytical skills, logical mindset, and experience making data-informed decisions, preferred
• Highly empathic and able to step into the diverse minds and preferences of our users
• Detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin)

Extra points
• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Data Analysis, Statistics, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, and Project Management, highly preferred experience working at a start-up or the fashion industry
• Google Analytics experience
• SQL and data analytics skills

Whom we are looking for

The Product Director will work directly with the CEO of ModeSens and be responsible for creating and executing ModeSens product strategies and roadmap to achieve ModeSens growth goal. You will lead the product management team and oversee the project management. This is a key role in a growing organization, which is hyper-focused on solidifying the product team & taking the company to the next level of growth.

Responsibilities
• Lead strategy of the product roadmap to meet the company's growth goal and realize company vision through ModeSens customer experience.
• Align with the core message across all touchpoints to help users better understand ModeSen's core values as their shopping assistant.
• Create best-in-class and behavior-forming user experience as the shopping assistant that our customers rely on for their shopping needs.
• Identify gaps in project management and transform practices and processes
• Deploy product organization and strategy transformations
• Collaborate cross-team and cross-functionally to surface strategic product opportunities
• Help the company transform from instinct-based to data/evidence-based product operations
• Aide our company in learning to focus on outcomes.
• Be a people manager and coach to other product managers and data analysts on your team.
• Other duties as assigned by upper-level management.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record in product management and product leadership in consumer-facing products (VP, Director, GM of Product roles)
• Experience in a startup environment, ideally in B2C space.
• Experience in growth hacking and scaling a consumer-facing website/app/service from 1 to 10.
• Experience in people & project management
• Data-driven and solid analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an advanced degree is a plus
• Passionate about building the shopping experience for the future.

Who we need

The Junior Marketing Assistant will provide assistance with marketing projects, including but not limited to social media, public relations and influencer marketing. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, high energy, and possess a solid understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for social engagement, social media content execution, and social media marketing. A candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, be an independent thinker, be a team player, and be capable of multitasking across a variety of social media channels.

Responsibilities
• Support ModeSens Marketing Team Including but not limited to:
• Engagement on social media
• Skills in social media management, including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Research and outreach to influencers.
• Utilize Asana and social programs to manage and organize day-to-day social media engagement operations.
• Strong data analysis skills
• Video editing and graphic creation skills.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in social media, marketing, or communication.
• Experience in social media or an equivalent role for at least two years.
• Good command of written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social followers organically through organic engagement.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and support other departments as needed with all tasks and projects associated with social media.
• Retail and fashion experience, preferred.
• 2+ years experience with public relations.
• 2+ years experience with influencer marketing.
• High bar for quality and meticulous attention to detail
• A passion for internet culture and the evolving digital/social media environment stays current on cultural trends and what’s culturally relevant online across different platforms
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and support other departments as needed with all tasks and projects associated with social media
