We are seeking outgoing and passionate budtenders who are looking for long-term employment. Our budtenders will support the team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Our budtenders are responsible for helping customers, processing transactions, cash handling, and providing excellent customer service. Budtenders also... work in our consumption lounge, which includes tasks such as host, clearing tables, building relationships with customers, and providing information about product and safe consumption. You must be able to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences. Although there is onsite consumption at Moe Greens, employees are not allowed to be under the influence of any controlled or non controlled substances during their shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Maintain product knowledge
• Greeting customers warmly when they enter
• Capable of using our POS system (Treez)
• Maintain friendly demeanor
• Correct cash and card handling
• Accurate and timely transactions and intake procedures
• Daily organization and cleaning
• Communicating effectively with others
• Greet people in lounge, bring them smoking devices, ensure they have a positive experience
• Other duties as assigned by the management team
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cannabis, hospitality, food service or retail experience preferred
Requirements:
• Must be the minimum age of 21 years old
• Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
• Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled
• Cannabis knowledge is preferred
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location assignments
