Job Description
MOH Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the owner in daily tasks, providing support to the owner, and assisting with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Answer phones, greet visitors, assist visitors with their belongings, and direct them to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
• Maintain visitor logs and document visitor information into the company database.

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 200-250 packages per day.
