Essential Functions:
• Learn and master through 8 steps of PM
• Learn how to effectively communicate with internal & external customers
• Learn and create status reports
• Work with project team to meet customer’s onsite installation goals.
• Disperse order information to appropriate internal personnel (sales staff, operations, customer, etc.).
• Check bill of material against design drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Review receiving information from field operation and matches to order; resolves discrepancies.
• Assist with punch walk thru to establish the punch list; has product ordered that is needed to perform punch work and oversees punch list work to ensure it is done in a timely manner.
• Detail scope of work and evaluates job site to establish installation parameters.
• Solicit installation quotes from in house and subcontracted installation firms.
• Coordinate receiving and delivery procedures to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Oversee installation and punch process.
• Articulate install plan to project stakeholders, and consistently send milestone updates
