The role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager, with digital experience, to join our growing Client Services team to help lead and grow exciting B2B projects and opportunities and best represent the agency to our client set, and be the voice of the client’s needs and goals back into our talented internal team.

Responsibilities: 

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM needs to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.  
• Responsibility for the day-to-day management of programs. This includes the ability to deliver a highly proactive, reactive and responsive project and account management service and build close and trusted relationships with our client base 
• Hands on project management of current and future marketing campaigns (which will include both online and offline mediums), including taking detailed briefs, preparing and presenting proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and to client expectation. 
• Coordination and collaboration across agency departments including media, ABM, creative, digital, strategy and growth.
• To support the Account Director and Client Service Leads with the daily running of a busy client-facing team.

What we need from you:

• Sound strategic, implementation and organization skills, attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly 
• Experience of running digital programs - a clear understanding of the dynamics of on-line communication, digital & social media 
• Calm under pressure – our working environment gets extremely busy 
• The ability to be able to work independently when needed, be forward-thinking and use initiative 
• Confident and proactive with a positive attitude
• Needs to be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with high attention to detail, with a strong personality to work well in established client relationships 
• Self-motivated and driven - they must be committed to what the role entails, can embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn
• Technology sector marketing knowledge or experience

• Keep all campaign stakeholders and clients updated with realistic delivery dates, making sure you know the status of all marketing campaigns and deliverables promised to the client
• Perform quality control on all aspects of a project, and be diligent in proofing and testing before work is delivered to the AM or the client
• Deal proactively with queries from the client, and make sure to factor these into any timelines
• Be actively involved and prepared for client presentations and meetings. Work alongside the AM and AD's to provide an excellent customer experience when presenting
• Prioritise daily tasks by assessing the urgency level, the value of the task and the impact of its delivery on fellow colleagues or your client
• Understand the values and processes of MOI, so that you can answer any questions about who we work with, what are capabilities are (including our Turning Heads creative process) and how we can support the client with other campaigns.

Skills and experience:
• 1 years experience in an integrated marketing agency or within a medium/large marketing team
• A business/marketing degree or equivalent qualification i.e. CIM etc. is preferable but not needed
• Strong organisational skills
• Great attention to detail & writing skills
• Confident and positive attitude – this is a client-facing role that needs a positive, enthusiastic and professional person who can liaise and confidently present themselves in front of clients and suppliers within a working environment
• Calm under pressure – our working environment gets extremely busy and stressful. The ability to be able to work independently when needed, be forward-thinking and use initiative
