We collaborate with care providers on the Obstetrics Team and throughout the health center as well as at Salem Hospital and in the wider North Shore community. Moms Do Care staff include people with lived experience who are in recovery, and people who have been specially trained to work with women who have substance use disorders.

The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of Moms Do Care including monitoring patient intakes and enrollments and ensuring appropriate data collection for funders, collaborating with Sunflower Team leaders to ensure appropriate access to care for MDC patients, providing supervision to the Peer Recovery Moms and CHWs assigned to Moms Do Care, collaborating with the team to identify and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives, and engaging with the wider community by running the monthly MDC-Lynn Recovery Council and ensuring effective communication with partner agencies.

Education/Experience:
