Job Description

The Money Management team’s mission is to make Cash App the best place to manage, save, and grow money by making it magically simple and rewarding. In early 2023, we shipped the Savings feature, which allows customers to maintain a separate balance, set a goal, and work toward that goal – including automatically rounding up card transactions into their savings account. Looking forward, we will build on this momentum, including providing new ways for our customers to better understand and grow their money.

The Money Management team is part of our Banking team, which seeks to make Cash App the primary banking platform of choice by making banking services relatable, magically simple, and universally accessible, and is at the core of Cash App’s mission to redefine the world’s relationship with money.

The Job

Our product leaders are customer-obsessed, collaborate intensely with other key disciplines, and always make decisions with an eye towards Cash App’s business as a whole. Successful product leaders are ambitious and resourceful - willing to go the extra mile to empower our teams, and deliver value to our customers.

In this role you will:
• Own the ideation, design, implementation and improvement of products which help us advance the Money Management and Banking team’s mission
• Work with a full stack team (engineers, designers researchers, data scientists, operations, customer support) on a daily basis to ship innovative and incredible experiences, at scale
• Identify opportunities, develop perspectives, and prioritize the most impactful experiences we should be building for our customers
• Optimize for execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources
• Drive effective cross-functional partnership; constantly inspiring and influencing colleagues in Marketing, Brand, Business, Legal, Compliance, Support, Operations, and other Product areas in order to deliver on goals and maximize impact

Qualifications
• 8+ years of product management or related experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
• Able to drive A/B testing, and familiar with analytics/testing tools
• Comfort with ambiguity coupled with the ability to independently solve problems without well-defined direction
• Ability to earn trust from and lead a high performing cross-functional team
• A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset
• Strong business sense and analytical skills. Basic SQL skills are a plus
