REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree and demonstrated experience in customer service and problem solving. Must have ability to analyze and interpret data. Financial Aid experience preferred. Experience and technical expertise with word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, integrated information systems, and associated hardware. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree preferred. Financial Aid, Student Services, Student Account or related background preferred.
