• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Prepare and ship all outgoing materials; (US Mail, UPS, FEDEX)
• Process and log incoming deliveries; (US Mail, UPS, FEDEX)
• Process all catering requests as well as coordinate delivery to meeting locations
• Perform tasks of managing schedule calendar(s) for conference rooms and visitor offices
• Ensure that conference rooms are maintained on a daily basis, organize and tidy up conference rooms after meetings
• Handle tasks of sending mails, scanning and sending important documents, filling and photocopying
• Process multiple monthly expense reports through Concur
• Create agendas and schedule onsite meetings
• Coordinate details with office administrative services team regarding special events
• Responsible for receiving, identifying and sorting mails
• Manage visitor access with the building and maintain security awareness
• Tidy and maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Additional administrative responsibilities as they arise
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 65000 and 125000 per year at the commencement of employment.
