The ideal candidate has a track record of having built multiple high-performance, stable, scalable systems that have been successfully shipped to customers in production. Education/Experience:
• BA/BS in a Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in a software engineer/developer related position, building applications for enterprise customer facing solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with developing software in at least one modern programming language.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React)
• Strong Experience in non-relational databases (DynamoDB, DocumentDB) and Redis Cache, as well as optimized search and content discovery.
• Experience with building backend services on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, SNS and SQS.
• Experience and understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in CMS platforms, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Strong knowledge architecting applications on top of high-traffic, high-availability production systems.
• Strong knowledge with software engineering best practices (e.g., unit testing, design patterns, building maintainable code, performance).
• Strong knowledge of current web standards and best practices.
• Strong knowledge with integration of 3rd party API’s, libraries, and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of third-party analytics libraries like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency with optimizing for performance, scalability, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The Digital Content Coordinator (full-time, hourly) will be responsible for assisting the Content Operations team with overall video content maintenance, metadata entry and tedious quality control checks for MotorTrend programming related to the initial onboarding process and general workflows associated with all third-party partner platforms. Daily workflows and tasks include checking and entering all metadata and assets into the Distribute System and other system applications. Work with the content team to ensure accuracy of content across all data systems (D-Suite, Sonic) and to ensure overall quality for distribution across all platforms.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Training and utilization of multiple key systems and dashboards
• Add and confirm metadata for Premiere Dates, Tags and more
• Understanding of both the MT+ and Linear programming schedules
• Confirmation and Audit of DV Values, Thumbnail Selection and Key Art Procurement in Distribute
• Collaborate with various teams across multiple projects
• Maintaining content parity across all platforms (MT+, Roku, Amazon, Apple TV) with correct Episode, Season Numbers and Video Playback
• Auditing the MTD Planner doc and Distribute system as compared to the MT+ platforms (Web/Mobile/CTV/Apple TV/ Roku/ Amazon)
• Managing Site Content List and updating with all current asset deliveries
• Ingestion of content to Deal
• Daily maintenance of content metadata includes compiling, adding metadata to entries in Distribute, comparing metadata in planner to metadata in Distribute.
• Proofreading of metadata and spot checking of assets/videos, cross-reference of data between multiple spreadsheets, monitoring and quality control check of MotorTrend content displayed and airing on web and mobile platforms.
• Assist in livestream coordination and delivery.
Supervisory Responsibility:
• This position will not include supervising one or more employees where applicable.
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years professional work experience
• Experience with TV/Digital Programming (SVOD/AVOD)/Digital Media a plus

• Edit stories for factual and technical accuracy

• Schedule and manage vehicles for testing and other editorial needs
• Advise writers, editors, and the MotorTrend Studio video team on technical topics
• Assist in the execution of MotorTrend’s SUV of the Year, Car of the Year, Truck of the Year, and Performance Vehicle of the Year programs
• Travel for testing, comparison evaluations, vehicle debuts, and auto shows for content-creation purposes while representing the MotorTrend brand

The Role
The Program Manager (full-time, salaried, regular) is a dynamic PMO professional who will be responsible for managing high-impact company growth initiatives, including Tier-One, Tentpole and Experiential projects, as assigned. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Own the planning and execution of assigned programs, projects, and campaigns; from kick-off, planning, execution, to launch/delivery, monitoring and reporting. May also be expected to develop decks and creative briefs, manage creative development and delivery. Produce meeting agendas, project plans, executive summaries, collect/provide tracking, reporting, & analysis.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies/advertisers/vendors as needed to produce/review operational and financial materials, marketing materials or advertising creative including cost analysis, media plans, insertion orders, marketing plans, presentations, trailers, video assets, digital and social ads, content marketing pieces, and event activations.
• Manage project communications between all departments, which could include but not limited to: Marketing, Production, Product & Tech, Editorial, Sales, Events, Ad Ops, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR/P&C, etc. Participates and conducts weekly team meetings, maintains and organizes centralized documentation, emails, team chat channels, etc. Communicate directly with individual team members to reiterate the scheduled deliverables, record progress of the project, and to address obstacles as they arise & maximize communication.
• Provides monthly budget and forecasting overview by working closely with the core team members who will report on their individual budgets to ensure overall initiative is delivered within scope.
