Position Objective:
The Warehouse Specialist (WHS) will maintain the daily work orders for inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory with an eye for detail and an ability to problem solve to identify and/or correct discrepancies. Work cross functionally with other departments to communicate shipment status, inventory availability and/or any related questions.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
• Processes inbound and outbound shipments
• Check quantity and quality of inbound materials
• Sort and place materials on assigned racks or bins according to the organizational standards
• Prepare orders for shipments by pulling materials, packing boxes, placing shipments in delivery areas
• Prepare shipping labels and bill of ladings with UPS, FedEx, DHL and other various shipping companies
• Maintain inventory control by performing routine inventory counts
• Help design and implement best practices in warehouse operations
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized
• Wear the proper safety equipment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years recent warehousing experience
• SAP software experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Outlook)
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop and/or kneel
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs with proper equipment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand truck, pallet jack and/or warehouse tools)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Clerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills
• Dependable and Reliable

Purpose of this Position
What:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) supports the MUS Vertical Market sales organization to identify and develop new business opportunities and long-term growth areas, across the MOXA Americas (MUS) region. The BDM works cross-departmentally, collaborating with sales, product managers, technical support, and marketing. The BDM defines and suggests, executes a structured approach to the segment's development, including researching and mapping the ecosystem. The role will be instrumental in identifying and developing Moxa's unique value proposition within the industry. Direct customer involvement is a must and a primary element of this role.
For this purpose, the BDM will define and propose a Business Plan. The BDM will develop and maintain a strong relationship with all cooperating internal departments and foster a win-win relationship based on trust with customers and distributors.
The candidate must also develop a very good understanding of the assigned vertical market and demonstrate a high-level of business proficiency.
The BDM will work closely with Marketing to ensure the brand awareness and offer campaign support and ideas in the ITS market and to promote the relevant products hand services in the different targeted segments.
The BDM will work closely with our channel department to identify and recruit, enable external partners to sell in this Vertical Market. This task includes sales trainings; market ecosystem approach, account selection and customer visits/presentations.

Major Areas of Responsibility
• Responsible for developing Moxa business in North and South America ITS vertical market.
• Map and maintain information on relevant eco-systems in the selected segments.
• Actively participate to the 3Y Moxa Americas Transportation business plan and its rollout, including the go-to-market approach for the ITS vertical market with both direct and indirect sales channels.
• Define and manage the ITS marketing plan in close collaboration with sales, marketing communications and product marketing. Conduct and manage market seminars / road shows and trade shows, in collaboration with marketing communications and product marketing, to promote Moxa within the ITS vertical market.
• In collaboration with sales, identify, contact and frequently visit key players and influencers in the market, as necessary in order to identify new opportunities.
• Create and maintain relevant presentation slide decks on applications and products and educate and train the sales force as required (for both direct and indirect sales channels).
• Be responsible for the integrity of the ITS related business analytics information database tool and prepare regular and ad-hoc product or market views as requested by management.
• Be knowledgeable and provide proactive business intelligence to all relevant departments on new markets and products, competitive information and technology trends and report them in a fact driven, meaningful format.
• Identify, manage and clarify the expectations and requirements of the assigned vertical market such as certification, report needs, longevity statements and other vertical market related documents -make them available to customer and internal team members as required.
• Define the target applications and describe them in white papers, presentations and success stories.
• Funnel development for ITS sales opportunities through prospecting, co-working with Sales, channel sales in link with business plan and long-term strategies
• Represent Moxa at defined industry associations, committees, customer, press and other public institutions.
• Influence and align with TBG business plans to develop the business in ITS

First 2-4 moves, $17/hr +Tips, as a training period then pay goes to $20/hr + tips
