Position Responsibility:
• Guide and edit audio/visual news content, cultivating superior performance in a digital-first newsroom environment across all platforms
• Train and assign the MPR News visual team, as well as training and assigning contract/freelance journalists

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years editing or equivalent experience, including experience guiding the content and workflows of others
