Your key responsibilities
• Test, and troubleshoot the technology and configurations in our conference rooms and custom audio-visual deployment spaces
• Follow the industry standards and policies defined for the AV services, conference rooms, Microsoft Team Room (MTR), and other emerging conferencing services
• Lead testing practices to ensure AV changes/upgrades don’t negatively impact key business applications or employee experience.
• Document the deployment, troubleshooting, and operational processes required to build and operate our AV solution
• Develop custom configurations and/or software solutions around AV services as necessary
• Provide the last line of defense for AV support within IT
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft MTR rooms, Teams telephony system, conference room architecture/standards, video/audio/web conferencing, and streaming & digital signage infrastructure
• Drive initiatives to continuously improve our employees experience based on employee feedback and monitoring data
• responsibility and accountability of the whole enterprise AV platform and leverage your scripting skills to automate activities
• Develop positive relationships with the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes
• Collaborate with members of the IT Security, Network engineering and operations, Workplace Technology Architecture and Engineering and Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure our AV set up meet employee requirements and align with the overall IT portfolio, processes, and procedures
• Document standards and provide on-going training to more junior members of the AV team
• Look to improve all aspects of the AV services continually
• Planning and executing events: Responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate conferences like in-person, hybrid, board meeting or client meeting. This includes developing timelines, collecting the requirements, coordinating with teams, dry run testing, and managing the AV equipment in person during any events.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for audio, visual and content sharing components of events. Ensure that all equipment is set up properly and functioning during events.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all audio, visual and other equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Event Coordination & Communication: Coordinate event, liaise with event organizer, speakers, collect and document the requirements, create, and maintain runbook pre, during, post of event which will used as a playbook.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during events and find appropriate solutions to resolve them.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of events and inventory, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily available.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• At least 6-8 years (or relative) in the AV Engineer role, where you learned the nuances of IT Administration
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position

• Experience with:
• Addressing/troubleshooting experience of Audio/Visual Conferencing systems.

• Microsoft Teams Telephony system, Microsoft O365 integrations, and BI Platforms, PowerShell scripting, Cloud-Telephony systems, Microsoft Meeting Room (MTR) configuration and management, multiple collaboration platforms, conference room designing, MS Teams, and Level 3 escalation support
• Ability to identify, scope, and recommend improvements in the AV space
• 2 to 4 years of scripting experience such as Python, PowerShell, or other automation tools
• Tech Savvy – Ability and passion for learning new technology and tools. Especially in VR and AI space
• A passion for customer support – A drive to help employees get what they need to do their jobs the best they can. A sense of satisfaction from assisting employees in getting what they need on time
• The ability to communicate at all levels within the organization – Business Stakeholders, Senior Managers, and C-Level Execs

Your key responsibilities
Participate in planning, analysis, test design, test execution and debugging needed to achieve successful implementation of end to end integrated solutions across domains. Become a subject matter expert in multiple internal software platforms, ensuring our solutions are delivering value to our consumers. Your key responsibilities
Review and analyze MSCI’s client transactions, particularly partnership deals, to ensure appropriate revenue recognition treatment, perform relevant research, present and document conclusions to be in compliance with US GAAP. Assess and implement changes to contractual agreements for accounting impacts and potential reporting needs. Develop and enhance procedures and policies governing existing and future revenue accounting processes. Support audits performed by internal audit, external audit, legal entity, and SOX teams. Contribute and support special projects as assigned, including mergers and acquisitions accounting considerations and drive finance functional transformation projects.
