• *Job Description:**

At Regions the Real Estate Agency Originator within Capital Markets is responsible for marketing all the project finance products offered within the Real Estate Capital Markets Project Finance Group. This includes client prospecting and appropriately advising clients on product solutions that meet their needs.
• *Specific to this role, a good understanding of Affordable, Multifamily, and HUD Agency (Fannie MAH/Freddie TAH) products will be required.**
• *Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Marketing of RECM Project Finance Products

+ Understanding commercial real estate product type specific as well as capital market data & trends

+ Understanding of program requirements for Real Estate Capital Markets Program Products

+ Maintaining internal and external client relationships

+ Transaction issue identification and resolution

+ Performing initial financial modeling and transaction sizing

+ Proposing initial structuring and terms for internal consideration and approval

+ Ensuring timely information flow on engaged transaction from clients to Program Management and Distribution team

+ Managing Real Estate Capital Markets Project Finance Distribution Analyst/Associates

+ Achieving prescribed annual volume and revenue targets
• *Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Three years of related experience
• *Preferred:**

+ Master's of Business Administration

+ Prior sales experience
• *The Real Estate Capital Markets Affordable Originator may gain exposure to Regions Affordable Housing equity team to potentially leverage opportunities to drive perm loan deals.**
