We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure client safety and adhere to all resident rights and confidentiality guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care is preferred
- Knowledge of basic caregiving skills, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
