We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced money transfer industry. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless and secure financial transactions worldwide. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fintech, remittances, check cashing, and payment solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and business savvy. A bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business implications.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to inform product features and enhancements.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Write comprehensive Agile based Business Requirements Documents to define end-to-end solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to envision new product features and updates.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of Omni-Channel solutions.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
• Prioritize product opportunities based on customer research, business strategy, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track metrics to measure the success of products and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology sector (3+ years).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical details.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to work independently, make well-informed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards common goals. Preferred Qualifications:

This option is a base wage of $53k (FTE), plus super, plus incentives based on your monthly sales performance.
