As a Full-Time Online Sales Associate, you will be selling mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and accessories to online customers and retailers. This allows you to provide customers with an unbiased, informed choice to maximize sales and keep your number of referral customers at an all-time high.

• Achieve all key business metrics including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction
• Strategize, create, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage platforms for online promotional campaigns in diverse categories of digital implementation including web design, digital advertising, email marketing, e-merchandising, online learning, digital video, digital online broadcast (webinars and live stream), online content management, and other related digital marketing areas
• Create and implements digital marketing assets and perform other marketing activities to meet business objectives and revenue goals
• Manages digital content, content procurement, development, and content posting activities.
• Follow the Customer Experience Selling Standards
• Actively engage clients, and determine their business needs to provide a customized wireless solution
• Demonstrate wireless products, present accessories and device protection, and attempt to close sales with each and every potential customer
• Stay up to date on current promotions, products, services, and policies to maintain high levels of expertise
• Complete all wireless activation and sales transactions as per company and carrier policies
• Sign off on and follow all operations policies and procedures as per the company standard
• Seek prospective clients and ask for customer referrals
• Complete all tasks assigned by Management within defined timelines
Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications Field of Study preferred
• Relevant experience in digital marketing
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, and may have intermediate experience in one or more areas of digital implementation (Email marketing, web development, online education, e-merchandising/e-commerce, analytics)
• Previous experience in B2B/retail or wireless industry is an asset
• Available to work on weekends, and statutory holidays if required
• Comfortable with technology
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
