The ideal candidate for the ADAIR Pilot position will report to the Program Chief Pilot for the safe and effective operation of company-owned aircraft in support of combat airborne training services. Pilots may be assigned to fly in any of the company's aircraft and will be expected to travel as needed to support contract requirements.
The key desirable and preferred requirements for this position include:
• Requisite fighter/attack/trainer aircraft flight and tactical experience:
• 1000-hour fighter, attack, or trainer time with at least 300 hours fighter;
• DoD flight lead qualification;
• Weapon School Graduate or DoD Adversary;
• 5 years' tactical recency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects and to see the big picture.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and be adaptable.
• Ability to cross-train into other aircraft.

The Technology Development division supports Tactical Air's mission through the development and provision of aircraft for Contract Air Services (CAS) in support of U.S. military training. The Aircraft Mission Systems Technician position is an integral part of a dedicated, elite team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together, and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company.
The ideal candidate for the Aircraft Mission Systems Technician position will be professional, disciplined, highly productive, team-oriented, technically astute, and responsive to colleagues, team members, and project managers as assigned. The Aircraft Mission Systems Technician is vital to the company's ongoing viability and performance by ensuring security and availability of CAS aircraft. The Aircraft Mission Systems Technician will support development and maintenance of mission systems on F-5 "Advanced Tiger" (F-5ATTM) series aircraft. The successful candidate must possess in-depth knowledge and skill in testing, maintenance, calibration, and repair of Information Technology (IT)-based mission systems and ability to provide support for the rapid modification, verification, and fielding of new, advanced technology in the F-5AT aircraft.
