Gerstell Academy is seeking a full-time faculty position in our values-based program for the 2023-24 academic year. Responsibilities include instilling leadership skills and values within our Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade Technology and Science program. Candidates should be familiar with ISTE and NGSS curriculum standards for lesson planning and classroom instruction, as well as the Microsoft 365 organizational platform. Technology courses and STEM extensions include developing interdisciplinary and project-based learning experiences with a strong focus on improving students’ critical thinking skills. Candidates will work closely with students to integrate developmentally appropriate engineering and design thinking practices. Basic coding skills and robotics experience are preferred but not required.
