The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the creation and quality checking of products on a variety of fulfillment lines. This individual will check quality, operate machinery, and package products for Namify's clients. The job is fast paced and challenging. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual will be flexed between several stations and become familiar with many fulfillment processes. SUMMARY:

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for handling all products that come into our manufacturing facility. Working with the Shipping + Receiving Manager, this position is key to ensure all client's orders are taken care of from the moment we have them on-hand. The job is very fast-paced and challenging, but this individual is good at finding solutions to meet the needs of our clients, and is self-motivated to achieve their best performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES:
• Receive, PO match, tag and distribute products delivered daily.
• Scanning and invoicing orders.
• Keeping accurate inventory counts.
• Ensure all orders ship out on time and accurately.
• Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control
• Follow standard processes set for each task.
• Manage time efficiently while also helping to hold others accountable.
• Meet goals for each process related to receiving.
• Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensures that all waste is reported accurately.
• Communicates with other departments to meet customers' needs.
• All other duties as assigned
