Description of Group:
The Global Operations, Application Management Group is responsible for daily business operations support. The group supports system start up and shut down, change management and incident management, problem resolution, configuration management, application support, and application deployment. This includes Technical Operations and Application Monitoring of several platforms in a 24/6 environment. The team is also responsible for creating and maintaining operational documentation and following procedures in accordance with company and industry guidelines.
Essential/Desired Qualifications:
• Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Experience Required: 2 to 3 years.
• Experience supporting java based applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a high pressure environment working with network and development teams.
• A thorough operational understanding of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems and Linux command line.
• Advanced knowledge of Shell programming such as bash, Python or Go
• Experience in low latency/high performance environment in a financial setting or equivalent.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting real-time applications.
• Financial Industry experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 diverse environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
• Knowledge of any of the following would be beneficial: GIT, Puppet or TerraForm
• Knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools: DataDog, CloudWatch or Splunk
• Experience with building and scaling automated software deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Broad knowledge of network topologies, security concepts and a working knowledge of data communications (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN's, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, Multicast).
• Must be able to work Saturdays and a rotational schedule
• Certifications relevant for the role are meritorious.

• Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline or equivalent work experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations.

Our Agile Center of Enablement (the CoE) is a group of highly skilled people who will enable teams, share knowledge, synthesize feedback, serve as advisors on what good lean-agile-DevSecOps practices look like at Nasdaq, and coach on developing an lean-agile mindset. Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you'll be charged with providing exchange listing knowledge to public companies, including listing requirements and rules, IPO and secondary offerings, corporate governance, and various corporate actions.
• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may involve an international partner or major global accounts.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you'll be charged with providing exchange listing knowledge to public companies, including listing requirements and rules, IPO and secondary offerings, corporate governance, and various corporate actions.
• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may involve an international partner or major global accounts.
• Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.
• Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
• Reviews and analyzes various sales management reports including top clients, clients at risk, quality reports and implementation reports.
• Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan
You will need the following skills and experience
• Education Required : MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Experience Required : At least 6 years
• Effective communicator with superb active listening skills
