The Town of Natick is seeking to fill the full-time position of Director of Facilities Management. This is a non-union management position working with both the Town of Natick and Natick Public Schools. Responsibilities include management, administrative, supervisory, and technical work, planning, directing and managing the operations of the Facilities Department. Experienced guidance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, preventative and regular maintenance activities. Prepares and implements annual operations and maintenance budgets as well as the facilities capital plan to ensure that the town and school buildings are well maintained. Responsible for the proper adherence to the Public Construction and Procurement laws. Performs all other related work as required.
Qualifications for this position are:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in civil or mechanical engineering, facilities or construction management, business or a related field
• Proven knowledge of the principles and practices of facilities management as well as previous leadership experience in facility support services including skills such as operations, asset management, and capital planning management
• Expertise in maintenance and custodial operations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of which 3 years were in a managerial position
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required
• Certified Mass. Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) desirable

Leidos currently has an opening for a Facility Security Officer to work in our Tewksbury, MA facility. As a member of the Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) team, you will be joining a diverse and dedicated group who are excited about producing industry leading screening technology. Our team produces a comprehensive suite of fully automated and integrated products for aviation, shipping ports, border crossings, and critical infrastructure customers. These systems provide threat detection by screening baggage, cargo, and people at checkpoints around the world.
The FSO will coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of industrial security programs and other security activities while ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Manage oversight of classified document handling and transmissions, facility access controls, visitor controls, and security education and awareness. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the management of the Public Trust Suitability requirements across the SES Operation. The FSO is responsible for implementing and providing guidance to customers and management on security issues such as security education, classified document control, security investigations, classification control and personnel security clearances. Perform oversight and management functions for various multiple security programs. The FSO position requires the knowledge and understanding to apply Physical Security requirements, along with working knowledge of SF-86, SF-312, DD-254, SF700, SF701, and SF702 forms. Familiarity with Technology Control Plan (TCP) and Operations Security (OPSEC).
Primary Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
• Typically requires a BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. May consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Candidate must possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Candidate must possess CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
