A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital team, we are looking for a Configuration Developer to join our team and help deliver a modern configurable ecosystem that underpins the banks core service / activities of SCCB. The team is composed of domains, with domain heads, developers and subject matter experts, whom combine to manage and support the ongoing activities of the domain’s systems and processes, in addition to the management and delivery of projects which develop and enhance the various domain’s functionality and proposition. The difference you’ll make Focusing on the technical delivery of change activity and projects related to post credit sanction fulfilment, supporting the ongoing development of a... world class customer lending journey Supporting the management of, curating of and improvements to the proposition supported by the domain, in line with wider Digital Strategy and SCCB priorities Leading in the configuration / development of the relevant technologies and platforms pertinent to the domain. Sharing platform developments and technical solutions Utilising effective change management disciplines to enable successful project delivery. Creating effective working relationships and collaboration with domain stakeholders in the delivery of all change activity Working effectively via collaboration across all the SCCB digital domains, supporting the team’s overall objectives, in addition to providing feedback to domain’s partner technology firms Delivering change by utilising the eco-system and architecture to achieve the optimal delivery of the intended business outcome, balancing the short- and medium-term strategies What you will bring. Suitable candidates will have extensive experience and be able to demonstrate system configuration/customisation capability with Salesforce and/or nCino Suitable candidates will have Salesforce Admin/Sales Cloud/Platform Developer 1 certifications and ideal candidates will also have nCino certification(s). It would also be nice for you to have. Ideal candidates will have configuration/developer experience with both Salesforce and nCino and configuration and/or detailed functional experience with the DocuSign agreement cloud platforms also being desirable but not essential Understand the lending journey and have a good working knowledge of corporate banking products, modern software, cloud and integration solutions Strong domain platform and technology experience including relevant regulation and best practices with experience in Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery methodologies Understanding of configurable SaaS software, hosting, APIs, IT security, legal contracts, third party service What else you need to know We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
