Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
2 to 5 years or more professional experience
Previous business development or ad sales experience preferred. Experience in mobile, online, or social media is a big plus.
Experience dealing with performance based direct marketing and advertising and/or offers is an added plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Evidence of ability to adhere to and execute on a sales process.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals and generating significant revenue. form quality assurance testing of products and systems

• Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in the U.S.
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, time management and allocation abilities, able to adapt to high-pace multi-tasking work rhythms.
• Proficient with Excel pivot tables, vlookup and other basic data processing functions, strong data analysis capabilities and logical thinking.
