The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and completing other office duties relating to our Customer Service Department. Our ideal candidate for this position will have great people skills, be incredibly detailed oriented and be able to follow instruction on the use of our computer based system to successfully assist with all of our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
• Speak with customers over the phone, by email and through mail.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely both within the office and with customers.
• Enter customer sales orders and make revisions as needed.
• Assist customers with questions regarding sales orders.
• Assist customers using our website.
• Work as a team to find appropriate solutions to any customer issues using established guidelines.
• Handle difficult situations in a positive manner.
