About the role:
Enova operates various consumer lending brands, each tailored to specific offerings and customer needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in one particular brand. Post-training, your main role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have
• Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educate them on our products and services
• Provide quality support in the areas of processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account related tasks to ensure a positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all customers, co-worker, supervisors and management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
Requirements:
• At least one year of call center experience

About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will directly support one of Enova's core P&Ls and collaborate with different departments to gather data and make recommendations based on trends and analytics. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain feature roadmap to keep Enova's platform compliant, secure, resilient, and easy to use.
• Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Assess and address technical risks.
• Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
• Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in a product or technical role.
• Experience driving a full lifecycle product feature or launch.
• Basic understanding of Agile principles.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
