This role is part of the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from candidacy to onboarding and beyond. The role supports the main functions within the Talent organization (Talent Acquisition, Contingent Talent and our Talent Marketplace to name a few). You will be expected to be independent, have the user at heart, be a product administrator, highly collaborative, simplify the complex and proactively implement technical solutions that are intuitive and enable our culture. This role will be instrumental in the digital evolution and sustaining our scale.
In this role you will...

We want someone who is:
• 3-5 years of HR operations experience with a strong preference for experience managing talent tools including but not limited to ATS, HRIS, and Talent Management.
• Proactive and contributive; takes the initiative and follows-through reliably
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a speedy learner
• Strong project manager and can forecast, meet tight deadlines and hold others accountable
• A motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs. Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills to connect the dots and share the impact of your recommendation

Manager Strategic Partnerships
Netflix is looking for an experienced Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join the Netflix Game Studio to help deliver the next generation of video games for a worldwide audience. This role is a part of the Game Operations team, supporting the development and deployment of new games on our platform by working closely with internal teams and key platform partners to drive the global game distribution strategy at Netflix. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships will have a proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with platform partners, game service providers and game developers, driving the partnership strategy for the Netflix Game Studio. The role will work with a broad array of Netflix cross-functional teams including Platform Product and Engineering, Game Studio and Development leadership, Business Development, Central Tech and Development Operations.
[Responsibilities]
• Support global game distribution relationships with Platform Partners including Apple and Google, executing against the product portfolio strategy and product roadmap with partners (promotional feature opportunities, platform/feature collaborations)
• Partner with Product and Platform partners on deliverables that build on our distribution strategy for our subscribers to access our games
• Support internal cross-functional partnerships with a variety of partners (Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• Partner with the Live Services team, Creative Production team and Game Developers to optimize Netflix service discovery and publishing platform placement including App and Play Stores
• Work hand in hand with our internal product/operations teams to support new game launches
• Support partners with product and technical requests, operations, and executing new title launches
• Team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills. Comfortable with handling ambiguity and collaborating across different functional teams and departments
• Willingness to travel to studios and partners
