This Role
We’re looking for a multi-tasking master to exceed customer expectations by delivering projects on time and on budget. This person is in a constant state of planning, status-checks, and problem-solving, ensuring the project is moving along as planned and making any necessary adjustments along the way. This person will collaborate across departments to ensure project success. The Project Manager also leads a team of Project Coordinators, depending on the scope of the project at hand. Our customers are #1, so a high level of customer service and clear communication skills are imperative for this role.
Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications)

The role of Lead Network Solutioning is ownership, management and delivery of network infrastructure requests throughout their lifecycle. The scope covers all aspects Data networking including traditional Data requests, such as LAN, WAN, Cloud, and Wi-Fi and may include involvement in critical global requests in addition to regionally specific. The role is responsible for understanding and addressing business requirements, building solutions which comply with J&J standards and working with in-house resources, capacity teams, outsourced teams and vendors to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of solutions that meet business partner's requirements. The role will also be responsible for effective communication with business partners and stakeholders. When required, the role may become involved with operational support related to the delivered solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct network solution requirements gathering and develop options and alternatives
Provide pre-project consulting to the business and recommend network solutions to solve business problems. Work with IT and business to define requirements for current project needs. Develop solutions compliant with J&J architectural standards and work with Global Engineering team to design non-standard solutions when required.
• Build solutions and implementation plans utilizing the appropriate internal and external resources (Ordering & Quoting team; Change Management team; Implementation Planner Capacity team; vendor resources) and ensuring full involvement of business partners and communication to all stakeholders. Review and approve related changes
• Ensure flawless execution of implementation plan in conjunction with vendors and resource teams. Co-ordinate service introduction, hypercare, documentation, operational handover and if necessary, provide support for operational issues
• Provide regional and global support for request management process; representing region to develop global standards, processes and best practices for Networking; acting as an escalation point for specific projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• At least 5 years of related experience in network solutioning
• Good technical knowledge and experience with two or more of the following infrastructure components: SDN, SDWAN, Network Automation, Cloud Solutions, 5G, DHCP/DNS, WAN/LAN topologies and services, WLAN, MPLS, IP management tools, network management applications, Internet, IPT, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, unified communications, SIP, and contact center technology
• Knowledge and/or Certification on Cisco data networking products and IOS, firewalls, load balancing technology and/or contact center and unified communication solutions

The role of Lead Network Solutioning is ownership, management and delivery of network infrastructure requests throughout their lifecycle. The scope covers all aspects Data networking including traditional Data requests, such as LAN, WAN, Cloud, and Wi-Fi and may include involvement in critical global requests in addition to regionally specific. The role is responsible for understanding and addressing business requirements, building solutions which comply with J&J standards and working with in-house resources, capacity teams, outsourced teams and vendors to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of solutions that meet business partner's requirements. The role will also be responsible for effective communication with business partners and stakeholders. When required, the role may become involved with operational support related to the delivered solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct network solution requirements gathering and develop options and alternatives
Provide pre-project consulting to the business and recommend network solutions to solve business problems. Work with IT and business to define requirements for current project needs. Develop solutions compliant with J&J architectural standards and work with Global Engineering team to design non-standard solutions when required.
• Build solutions and implementation plans utilizing the appropriate internal and external resources (Ordering & Quoting team; Change Management team; Implementation Planner Capacity team; vendor resources) and ensuring full involvement of business partners and communication to all stakeholders. Review and approve related changes
• Ensure flawless execution of implementation plan in conjunction with vendors and resource teams. Co-ordinate service introduction, hypercare, documentation, operational handover and if necessary, provide support for operational issues
• Provide regional and global support for request management process; representing region to develop global standards, processes and best practices for Networking; acting as an escalation point for specific projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• At least 5 years of related experience in network solutioning
• Good technical knowledge and experience with two or more of the following infrastructure components: SDN, SDWAN, Network Automation, Cloud Solutions, 5G, DHCP/DNS, WAN/LAN topologies and services, WLAN, MPLS, IP management tools, network management applications, Internet, IPT, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, unified communications, SIP, and contact center technology
• Knowledge and/or Certification on Cisco data networking products and IOS, firewalls, load balancing technology and/or contact center and unified communication solutions
• Proven experience in managing outcomes in an IT infrastructure environment
• Experience translating business requirements into technical network solutions
• Experience in network and infrastructure planning and development

The candidate for this position will be responsible for developing, testing, and publishing new solution and/or product demos (including writing a demo readme/script), sandboxes using physical hardware or virtual machines in the JCL platform, and provide webinars (to Juniper SEs and partners) when needed, on the demos developed, in addition to also supporting end users of the JCL platform and/or demos.
What We Will Challenge You To Achieve
• Understand the components and architecture of Juniper Cloud Labs
• Design, develop and test demos and write automation to effectively maintain them
• Support and provide assistance to users of the JCL platform – demo or infrastructure related
• Be a local SME (Subject matter expert) of the Juniper product/solution that’s being worked on for the demo and be a go-to person for any questions related to the demo and product in general
• Build new network topology designs for SEs doing custom demos in JCL
• Create new templates of Junos versions for resources including vMX, vSRX etc
• Maintain and troubleshoot demos in JCL
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
What you need to have
• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
• Expertise in Basic Networking – switching, security and routing is a must
• Basic experience working with Linux operating systems (Red Hat/CENTOS, Ubuntu)
• Must be dependable and once trained; able to work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What We Would Love You To Have
• Experience of emerging technology areas, including Virtualization—like VMWare KVM Xen etc. Understanding of VNFs, SDN.
• Software engineering and/or Automation experience using any of Bash, Python, Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
• IT/Systems Administration skills are a plus to manage systems maintenance and security
• Familiarization with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• JNCIP, JNCIS, CCNP, etc. or other industry certification is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist in the transmission line and installation of foam/air dielectric coaxial, hardline, and elliptical waveguide.
• Assist in the installation of all aspects of ell site foundations, grounding, and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable.
• Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• $23.00 - 26.00/hour
