POSITION SUMMARY:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Presents proposals in a professional manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding.
• Communicates with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and service team in an articulate and effective manner.
• Finalizes the sale and collects necessary documents, applications, etc., and briefs the service team on the policy sale.
• Develops prospects by becoming involved in community affiliations, attending insurance company partner hosted seminars, building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts, engaging in networking events and through referrals from current accounts.
• Develops information and recommendations for prospective accounts, presents proposals and adheres to firm policies and procedures for writing a new account.
• Maintains a concern for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current and prospective clients, the Firm, and Insurance Company Partners, to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims while demonstrating strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Maintains understanding and knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicate to all involved.
• Positively represents the firm in the community and with our insurance company partners.
• Performs other functions as assigned by leadership.
• Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.

The Team

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services mobility tax professionals assist our international clients in managing employer and individual income tax obligations for their mobile employees working abroad and inbound which includes but not limited to reviewing and signing income tax returns and reviewing cost projections. Qualifications

Required
• 5+ years of experience in global mobility compliance or personal income tax and compliance
• Experience in Managing people, Client Interactions and Sales
• Experience with individual income tax returns compliance and consulting for high profile executives or high net worth clients
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, QlikView, and Tableau
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• One of the following accreditations obtained:
• Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
• If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
• Licensed Attorney
• Enrolled Agent
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
• Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

Preferred
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,600 to $227,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
