Key Responsibilities:
• Call on builder clients to ensure integrity of data listed on website.
• Coordinate some aspects of a customer’s website implementation and post launch support.
• Interact with customers and troubleshoot problems in order to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct support for customer including reporting, invoicing, and regular customer service communication.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, website support admin, and any other external team members.
• Collaborate frequently with internal teams to ensure clients meet financial obligations for services.
• Proactive in interacting with client personnel.

Skills and Experience Required:
• 3-5 years proven experience in any of the following: Account Management, Customer Relations, Website Support, Marketing
• Experience managing large volume of accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship development skills
• Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent process management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a concern for quality
• Ability to successfully manage multiple clients with varying timelines
• Ability to coordinate project tasks
• A strong work ethic complemented by a proactive, energetic can-do attitude
• Some experience/background with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS-CRM)
• College degree preferred, but not required.

The Envision Account Manager will work with our builder and manufacturer clients to implement Visualizers with Envision – our leading online design center solution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively reaches out to clients to ensure positive experience, deadlines are met and projects are completed
• Maintains a general understanding of client’s Envision data in order to set up visualizer project
• Responsible for coordinating client’s product data to gather assets for project
• Collects and verifies assets delivered by the client (i.e., CAD, Color & Material Pallets)
• Provides assets to BDX internal/external production teams via FTP & manage scheduling
• Interacts with clients and troubleshoots implementation challenges in order to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide direct support for customer including reporting, invoicing, and frequent communication
• Acts as a liaison between the customer, operations team, and appropriate technical team in addition to feedback between Builder and Manufacturer
• Manages Enhancement Request thought internal Jira tickets
• Ensures high standard of quality across ALL projects output
• Effectively manages client feedback
• Provides demo and training of the software with clients
• Conducts check-Ins with implemented clients to see how their Visualizer experience has helped their design center process
• Complete Client Outreach for events
• Manage Email Support - Manage Builder Support Queue, Format/Process Flat Files

• 2-4 years Account Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (particularly over the telephone)
